I needed to arrive early for my appointment, which I did, and then had to wait for someone to come and get me, and then waited another 25 minutes after the x-ray before seeing the doctor.

Best and most helpful doctor and nurse I have ever met

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Cassas and the entire team. I don't feel he rushed but he was genuinely concerned about my problem. He scheduled some further tests to diagnose my problem. Also provided me an Rx to control pain if I need it.

It was a little "off the shelf " treatment. Diagnose was given, but options were not fully evaluated. Try this and come back if you have more complaints with your knee is not necessarily what I expected.

$2,000 for shots of my knees with hyaluronic acid and cortisone is outrageous just because my insurance doesn't cover it I know for a fact the hyaluronic acid shots cost between $40 and $400 maybe we can work on that price a fair price I don't mind paying my share but gouging for shots that's ridiculous thanks for listening... Obviously Dr Cassas and the staff are the best they need to be recognized for their service

Dr. Cassas gave me a gel/cortisone injection in my knee. I mentioned that my hip was hurting and he examined it and said he thought I had bursitis and the cortisone should help but I could return if I still had pain. He is a kind and caring doctor and I appreciate his help.

This was one of the most positive experiences with Prisma that I have ever had. Dr. Cassas was so professional, yet very kind. He is the epitome of serving with compassion and being the difference. I rate the entire staff there AWESOME!

I was asked to get to the appointment 15-30 mins early, but was not seen for over an hour afterwards. I feel like a rushed analysis was performed and I was provided with no knowledge of what could improve my condition nor the seriousness of the condition. I see nothing on My Chart regarding results.

Dr. Cassas is a very caring professional who knows a lot about his profession. I am having knee problems with osteoarthritis and a meniscus problem. I am trying to avoid surgery if at all possible. I don't think there is a possibility to avoid it in the future. I now have some options to keep me from having surgery. Dr. Cassas has recommended an injection to help with the osteoarthritis.

X-ray tech, PA, and nurse who greeted me initially were great!

Dr. Cassas did a thoughtful and thorough exam, and explained things in great detail, including showing me my x-rays, to my satisfaction. His ortho fellow also took a very detailed history and listened carefully. I got complete relief which lasted about 36 hours after my injection done the day of my visit. Very pleased for even that brief relief.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Cassas and the other staff members trying to help me with my medical problem. I felt they all listened to me and knew what needed to be done next.

I asked receptionist twice if Covid rates were up because a table with masks was out near the desk. I never got an answer. I considered it important for health reasons.

What could be the most improvement thing is I need Prisma and United Healthcare to work out their differences. I'm having to pay for my health care business out of pocket. I'm on a limited income, as most people are, and I cannot afford it. So everybody needs to take another breath and this needs to get resolved. I think it's gone way too long and both parties need to give in to whatever, but I've got to have insurance or I'm going to have to go to Bond Secure's Network 'cause I won't be able to afford Prisma. Friendly and professional

Office staff must realize the people have jobs that must return to. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. Appointment was at 230pm and I sat in the waiting room until 320pm. I almost got up and walked out due to having to return to work. If they had told me it was a work in appt I would not have taken it. Trust me I will NEVER take another walk in. I will suffer with the pain until my appt day comes.

I am very impressed with Dr. Cassas. His demeanor is warm, focused, and informative. I felt very comfortable with him. He answered all my questions and is knowledgeable and efficient without making you feel hurried. He listens with a sense of care and concern. My first visit with him really built my trust that I am in good hands for my continued care and treatment.

The care was excellent, everything was explained well, the doctor was not aware that I had had an MRI, but was able to access it and read it while I was there and give me a great game plan to start the healing process. I'm extremely happy with my experience.

Dr. Cassas takes great care to understand the patient as an individual with a real life, rather than treating them as just another person in a long processional of people with complaints. His expertise is clearly evident in his breadth of knowledge in his area of practice. Wise and thoughtful, Dr. Cassas fosters ease of communication and inspires pure confidence in his ability to treat and manage the patient's condition. I am happily surprised, given that he works for a conglomerate, corporate, for profit health system. What a joy!

I was extremely happy with the care provided by Dr. Cassas and his staff, I have much confidence in the practice as a whole. My only constructive criticism would be if one cannot get in with ones primary provider, perhaps there can be a nurse practitioner or PA that the patient can see in an urgent situation, instead of waiting several weeks to be seen. If someone had a fall or in pain or the problem has been exacerbate it. That's all I had to wait quite a long time. Maybe a month to be seen when the problem was exacerbating. I'd like to see that changed in the future if possible, but I understand the cost of care is high. Thank you.
