The Curl Haus, located in Lawton, OK was a vision that came to fruition in July 2019. Ashley Brierton always knew she needed a place where her guests felt safe, confident and at home. Being a woman of curls, she often felt out of place and intimidated at traditional salons. It’s the beginning of loving yourself for who you are truly meant to be. Here we pride and devote ourselves to learning and mastering the skills of natural curly hair and luxury hair color through continuing education and training. It is our mission and duty to provide The Curl Haus guests with quality and innovative hair care. Our stylists pricing depends on experience, education and performance. Although we specialize in curly hair, we welcome all hair textures.

So I’ve never gone to an salon/stylist specifically for my curl hair before and I’m SO GLAD that The Curl Haus was my first experience! Everyone at the salon was so welcoming and friendly even though I was nervous about this first experience and also nervous because I’ve been doing my own hair at home and know that it’s looked down on. But I didn’t feel that way at all! And not only did my stylist (Bennett!) do an amazing job with my hair, they were ah-mah-zing at giving me education on how to do my own hair, how to keep it healthy, and what I can do at home to recreate what they did for me! It truly felt like they wanted the best for me and my hair and that’s the kind of care I can trust! I HIGHLY recommended The Curl Haus for anyone with curly hair wanting to get care from people that truly do understand our hair type!

Shout out to Ashley @ The Curl Haus for working her magic on this lion’s mane! We showed her a couple of pictures to see what my daughter wanted and she took that with what type of hair she has, put her twist on it, and nailed it! This was such a luxurious experience for Lily! She got to pick from a drink menu and received some much needed lessons on her hair type from washing to styling. She got ready 20 minutes earlier than usual this morning now that her hair is easier to manage and she knows exactly what to do! Now it’s my son’s turn!!

This salon is an experience from the minute you walk in the door. The environment is clean, trendy and very relaxing. I had a wash & set done, along with a trim to shape my style. Bennett did an amazing job and gave tons of knowledge on methods and products. She gave one of the best scalp massages at the shampoo bowl that I’ve ever had and I would definitely recommend any curly friend to her and any of the stylists there.
